Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Find new customers for bakery products (retail shops, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, offices, etc.)
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and take regular orders
• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase company revenue
• Visit clients, explain products, share samples, and negotiate pricing
• Promote bakery items through offers, festivals, and social media support
• Collect customer feedback and suggest new products to the production team
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure orders are delivered on time
• Keep records of sales, enquiries, and daily / weekly reports
• Understand competitor products and market trends
• Help in planning marketing campaigns and brand promotions
