Business Development Executive / Manager

About the role

As a Business Development Executive / Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and cultivating strong relationships with key clients. In this full-time position based in the Central Region, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and developing tailored solutions to meet their recruitment needs.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through effective networking, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies
• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, understanding their Cleaning / Manpower challenges and providing innovative solutions
• Identify new market opportunities and business partnerships to expand the customer base.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing strategies
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and services
