Roles & Responsibilities
- Support OEM customers and distributors within the full Sales Process to optimally serve customer needs and be in compliance with law and regulations
- Provide a high level of customer service in maintaining, building and increasing customer confidences
- Responsible for increasing sales and market share in Philippines by penetrating key OEM dealerships, in particular Mitsubishi, Honda and Mazda brands
- Responsible for meeting financial sales targets set
- Responsible for achieving local OEM approvals for main brands; Mitsubishi, Honda, Mazda.
- Expand the distribution network and achieve the targets for sales while working closely with distributor
- Provide ad hoc training to OEM customers and distributors on Product / Technical
- Increase all customers including distributor alignment with the company by implementing a common vision and customer driver culture
Research and provide market updates on Automotive Refinishes trends.
Requirements
Degree with at least 3 years of sales experience with a good track record of at least 1-2 years in managing distributors and OEM customersProactive in communication skills, probing, listening & presentingHighly motivated to drive towards in achieving sales targetsEffective application of sales process & supportingAbility to conduct basic level of technical training to customers and distributorsAbility to manage and negotiate at all level with distributors and OEM customersGood understanding of the Vehicle Refinish Market and Bodyshop businessAbility to maintain good relationship with key accounts / stakeholders and engage them proactively for future co-operationTell employers what skills you have
