About the Role :
- Responsible for the overall operations of the Asset Control Store, ensuring effective planning and deployment of manpower resources as well as operation activities.
- Prepare operation reporting for the management.
- Maintain our QMS, ensure compliance with GDPMDS standards pertaining to storage and handling of medical devices.
- Ensure compliance with WSH guidelines.
Roles and responsibilities :
Operations
Responsible for a team of store crew managing the inbound, outbound, and value-add operations.Responsible for effective planning and execution of daily operations activities and manpower deployment.Arrange manpower to perform cycle-count and stock take. Responsible for investigation of any discrepancy found.Responsible for effective planning and utilization of store space.Maintain good housekeeping of the store.Ensure uninterrupted temperature and humidity monitoring.Ensure new CID process is maintained.Ensure tight security in the store, such as preventing unauthorized access.Prepare and manage internal and external GDPMDS audits, responding to queries from auditors and subsequent follow-ups, if any, till closure.Value-addPhysical packaging of equipment from returned consignment and put-away after completion.Labelling of new training models and other equipment for easy identification.Physical replacement of dirtied / damaged packaging materials, such as carton boxes and zip-lock bags.FSCAProvide traceability data for assets movements to QA when necessary.Physical segregation of affection products.Blocking / unblocking affected product in Sales Force (SFDC).Performance
Ensure set KPI targets for all Asset Control Store activities are achieved.Strict Compliance with OSP QMS and maintain zero non-conformance.Reports
Provide monthly operations reporting to the management, including throughputs volume, space utilization, backorder fill rate, and cycle-count results.Additional Important Tasks & Responsibilities
Continuous improvement, subject Matter Expert for Sales Force system under store function.Continuous improvement to overall Asset Control Store processes, SOP and WI.Support all Asset Control Store related Project and any other duties that may be assigned by the manager.About Olympus :

Minimum ‘O‘ Level, preferably with formal training in warehousing or logistics management.Minimum 3 years warehouse operations working experience, preferably in a supervisory role.Prior working experience in a 3PL environment is an advantage.Hands-on, meticulous and a keen learner.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well at all levels.Take the initiative at work.Ability to solve operational problems in a logical and systematic manner.Good verbal and written communication.Working knowledge in Salesforce and SAP system preferred.Working knowledge in MS applications including Excel, Words, and PowerPoint.Familiar with warehouse operations processes.Knowledge of GDPMDS standards will be an advantage.Supervisory experience preferred.Apply Now :
