PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Quality manager
is responsible for auditing internal and external processes
ensuring that products meet customer requirements , lead and manage
a team of Engineers and Inspectors in line with the Company's
objectives.
JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures that processes
needed for QMS are established, implemented and
maintained.
2. Coordinates continual
improvements of the QMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and
preventive actions taken are recorded and
reviewed.
3. Collaborates across all functions
of the company to ensure that a document control procedure is
adopted to approve, review and update all changes to critical
documents within the scope of the QMS including ISO and API
Q1.
4. Leads team in ensuring that records are
established and maintained to provide evidence that the QMS is
being followed and that there is a system in place for the
identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and
disposition of such records.
5. Oversees
inspection activity and full material and workmanship traceability
for products purchased or manufactured.

Creates, document and implement inspection criteria and
procedures.
7. Manages a team of quality
inspectors engaged in inspection and testing activities ensuring
high productivity and technical integrity.

Provides expertise to investigate and analyze customer issues and
complaints relating to quality.
9. Investigate
customer requirements and ensuring that these are met through
communication, in house training, internal audits and other
channels.
10. In charge of audits by the
customer and liaising with external assessment bodies on matters
related to the accreditation process.

Establish quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers and
lead supplier audits with Supply Chain and engineering
representative where required.
12. Develops,
maintain and ensure processes such as raw material mill reports are
reviewed specification testing of incoming of the outgoing
components are properly done and fill dimensional inspection for
in-house machined components are complete before
delivery
13. Work with process owners to
establish, document, and maintain procedures, standards, and
systems.
14. Ensures 5S is implemented in the
work area.
15. Adheres company's guidelines with
regards to Safety and Quality.
16. Complies to
Company Code of Business Conduct.
17. Assess,
guide, conduct or proposed training to empower and upgrade skillset
of team members.
REQUIRED
COMPETENCIES
1. Must complete minimum training
required specified in Employee Qualification and OJT Form No. S
1-026F.
2. Proven leadership and management
abilities to strategize, prioritize, lead, inspire and motivate a
team.
3. Solid understanding of the Processing
Environment in the Oil and Gas industries

Management System, Quality Control and usage of measuring
devices / tools.
QUALIFICATION
GUIDE
1. Education : Minimum Degree in
Engineering or any Industrial or material science
subjects
2. Communication : Fluent both in oral
and written
3. Experience : Proven and Solid 5
years of work experience in the same field and in the Oil & Gas
equipment Manufacturing Environment
