Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise a team of 5-6 warehouse assistants to

ensure smooth daily operations.

Oversee

receiving, checking, sorting, and proper storage of incoming goods

(parts and supplies).

Ensure accurate picking,

packing, and timely dispatch of items for delivery.

Maintain stock accuracy and manage inventory records and

locations.

Coordinate returned goods

processing and liaise with relevant departments.

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the

warehouse environment.

Manage stock-taking and

general warehouse tasks.

Work with suppliers

and forwarders to arrange shipments.

Prepare

shipping / freight-forwarding documentation.

• Provide good customer service and support.

Ensure team follows company procedures and safety

guidelines.

Provide guidance, training, and

motivation to warehouse staff.
