Roles & Responsibilities
Location : West
Working hours : 8.00am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
Responsibilities :
- Compile and coordinate the submission of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to customers in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
- Maintain and update technical documents, drawings, specifications, and process instructions to ensure traceability and version control.
- Perform dimensional inspections of manufactured components using calibrated tools and equipment to verify conformance to engineering specifications
- Document inspection results and escalate non-conformances for review and resolution
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective / preventive action (CAPA) activities to address quality issues and drive improvement
- Prepare documentation and evidence packages for internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer audits
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects by collecting data, identifying trends, and supporting implementation of process enhancements
- Assist in the development of visual aids, checklists, and training materials to reinforce quality awareness across teams
Requirements :
Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, or other related courses.Knowledge in interpreting engineering drawings GD&T.Knowledge in using inspection tools. Knowledge in CMM programming is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc
