Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, plan, and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop detailed construction schedules and resource plans, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Enforce site safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the site and project stakeholders, ensuring effective and clear communication.
• Coordinate inspections, resolve site issues promptly, and ensure that construction activities align with project specifications and drawings.
• Conduct a management safety meeting & fully understand the rules & regulations of WSH / MOM & BSI / HDB.
