Job Description of Customer Service Executive :
- Picking up customer's phone calls
- Reply equiry via text and emails
- Assist and follow up with customer's request / order
- Pick and pack customer's order
- Coordinate with transporter / logstic partner for shipping / delivery matters
- Works with MPM (Internal ERP system)
- Follow up on collection of overdue accounts
- Printing and document filling
- Data entry
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
