We are partnered with a rapidly growing freight forwarding company in search for a Customer Service Executive (Air, Sea and Transportation) based in Singapore
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate shipment schedules, bookings, monitor shipments and prepare documents needed for international shipping that covers air, sea and transportation
- Develop and sustan strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide solutions
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry to track and process orders
- Resolve issues that arises during the shpping process on timely manner
- Prepare quoations based on customer requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldAt least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in logistics or supply chain industriesStrong negotiation skills and able to work well in diversed environemntsAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
