Engineering Executive (Commercial Building, up to $4,500)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform routine and periodic inspections on building services / facilities, submit reports or defect lists to the manager, and carry out necessary rectifications.
• Conduct installations, troubleshooting, and preventive / corrective maintenance on systems such as HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and building management systems.
• Address tenant complaints, service calls, and breakdowns, carry out repairs, and submit relevant maintenance reports to the manager.
• Oversee contractors, ensuring maintenance and repair work is done according to specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
