Key responsibilities
Client relationship management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Sales and revenue generation : Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, develop sales strategies, and meet sales quotas.
Client communication : Present and demonstrate products or services, and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Negotiation and closing : Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and prospective clients.
Problem-solving and support : Address client concerns, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support, including handling invoices and reports.
Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, such as coordinating demonstrations or support staff.
