Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Assist Contract manager conduct Cost estimate, cost planning and cost management.
• Prepare contracts and documents.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement
• Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation
• Assist in billings
• Evaluate progress payment and VOs and cost benefit analysis
• Perform variation order
• To verify subcontractors’ / suppliers’ monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceed to prepare payment certificates.
