Be part of a collaborative finance team where you'll take ownership of the accounts payable cycle, support month-end closings, and enhance vendor partnerships while contributing to ERP improvements and exciting digitalization initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the Accounts Payable function by managing invoices, staff claims, and payments, reviewing and releasing payment batches for accuracy and compliance, and monitoring AP aging while resolving vendor queries and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Manage AR billing for intercompany and customer accounts.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, including capitalization, disposals, and depreciation, in line with company policies.
• Support annual asset stocktake and tagging exercises
• Ensuring accuracy of AP, AR, and FA sub-ledgers before month-end closing.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing through journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and optimize ERP system utilization.
