Our program offers top candidates an accelerated, all-access career track within the company, providing comprehensive training for future leaders in Asia's financial industry.
The 2-year program starts with a curriculum covering fundamental skills needed for a management trainee role. Participants will then undergo a structured rotation across our business and support units, gaining hands-on experience and expert insight in the industry.
Additionally, there will be six weeks of campus training between rotations to further develop critical industry skills.
Participants will have ample opportunities to interact with senior management and top talent within the company, offering unparalleled career development in the Asian financial sector.
