• Design and deliver Azure DevOps and Automation solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Provide technical consultation and support to customers and prospects by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.
• Assess existing DevOps processes and recommend improvements with implementation of CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Provide guidance on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management.
• Share product insights with internal teams based on customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and enhancement suggestions.
• Deliver enablement training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
