Job descriptionDemonstrate strong communication skills with a proactive mindset toward taking initiative. Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients via phone calls and WhatsApp. Actively seek out new sales leads through cold calling, networking events, and social media platforms. Promptly generate and send quotations to customers. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals. Support the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billing, and other documentation related to sales and financing. Assist both the sales and accounting departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and financing activities. Maintain accurate administrative records and update internal systems, including file organization and data entry. Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Manager. Candidates with relevant experiences are welcome to apply, especially with experience of Customer Service / Sales Admin. Entry level are welcome to apply, TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
