- Position : Inside Sales Coordinator / Support
- Location : Near Joo Koon MRT
- Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
- Salary (Depend on experience) : Up to $3500 + $150 Transport allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus +Medical
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Manufacturers of vacuum pumps, blowers and compressors
Main Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries on specific application requirementsSelect and size up a suitable pump or blower to meet the customer’s need.Develop customer proposals for vacuum pump and blower solutions like pump sizing, matching of spare parts, outsourcing accessories, costing and pricingEngage customers via calls and emails to follow up on quotations and technical clarificationAct as single point of contact for technical & commercial clarification for customers, contractors, resellers and agentsTrack, analyse and report quote activities; participate in Monthly Report processExecute contract review prior to order entryEvaluate and interpret customers’ specification on against our offer & clarify with customer where necessaryAssist in creating sales order, procurement, shipment and shipping information to customerRequirements :
Diploma in any engineering discipline is preferred.1 to 2 years of working experience in engineering environment will be good but not mandatory.Proficiency in working with MS Office 365, especially with good working knowledge on creating pivot tables and lookup tables using MS Excel is a mandatory skill required.Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communicationsEmail to joie@searchpersonnel.com.sg
