Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in procedures and lounge access eligibility.
• Attend to guests’ needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of comfort and satisfaction.
• Handle special requests, guest feedback, and service recovery with discretion and efficiency.
• Provide attentive table service, including taking and serving orders, clearing tables, and resetting dining areas.
• Maintain familiarity with the lounge’s food and beverage offerings, including knowledge of ingredients, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
• Assist in food and beverage presentation and replenishment to ensure consistent quality.
