Description
As an Advisory Services Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for developing new business, leading and delivering large, strategic client engagements and serving as strategic advisor to clients in your areas of subject matter expertise. You’ll also be asked to contribute your thought leadership to the overall development of the Health and Benefits business.

Responsibilities
Lead or support assigned client relationships, including large consulting client engagement across the regionEnsure a consistent client experience, monitor resources and oversee governance framework implementationDemonstrate deep subject matter expertise in all products and services within Health and Benefits scope of offeringDemonstrate knowledge of the carrier / vendor marketplaces and leverage that knowledge on clients’ behalfFinalize and present quality deliverables to clientsFacilitate the relationship between the client and the carriers and advocate on behalf of our clients to ensure quality serviceMeet with clients to help define their needs and then identify and coordinate appropriate resources within WTW as well as external resources to meet those needsQualifications
5+ years’ experience and success in the design / management of health and benefits programs gained in a consulting or brokerage environmentTrack record of success in managing complex client relationshipsExperience in working with multiple stakeholders and projects to produce quality deliverables on time and within budgetPolished and well developed written and oral communication skillsAbility to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organizationAvailability to travel on an as needed basisAbility to diagnose complex client issues and then structure and provide customized solutions and services that achieve client objectivesInterest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in Health & Benefits plan strategy and contributing to the development of new tools and approachesBachelors degree and proficiency in English required, a second language a plusWhat can we offer you?
