Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospect new leads, and sales calls to assigned customers to reach sales goals.
- Assist in team management and coaching duties assisting Sales Director
- Serve as primary contact between all sales channels, customers and internal department.
- Creatively and independently solve problems to achieve sales and customers objectives.
- Develop and report competitive information on market conditions, account potential, industry trends and sales strategies.
- Proactiveness to develop and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
- Travel local and abroad to meet key customers face to face as needed.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Perform other jobs duties as assigned, to drive sales and for effective team management
