The person in charge will work with a variety of partners, including Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Telcos, Distributors, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SIs) and Technology Vendors. The success of this role will be measured by the ability to enable these partners to sell, market and support the cybersecurity solutions effectively, leading to increased revenue and market share. Roles and Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Growth
Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive pipeline generation and exceed sales quotas. Collaborate with partners on sales strategies, co‑selling opportunities and closing deals. Partner Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners. Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to help partners achieve business goals. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Act as the liaison between partners and internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, pre‑sales, and support to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment. Recruitment and Onboarding : Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners that align with strategic objectives. This includes negotiating partnership agreements and ensuring partners are fully enabled through training and access to resources. Performance Monitoring
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, such as sales figures, pipeline growth, and deal registration. Use this data to provide regular feedback, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications and Expertise
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information System or a related technical field. Relevant industry certifications are a significant advantage. A solid understanding of cybersecurity threats, solutions, and the market landscape. Able to articulate the value of our products and services. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences. Good understanding of channel business models, leveraging the ecosystem network to build up contacts. The ability to develop and execute channel strategies that align with broader business goals. The ability to build trust and rapport with technical stakeholders, dynamic and engaging presenter who can confidently deliver live demos and technical presentations. Seniority level
