At OneThreeOneFour, we create memorable prewedding photoshoot experiences across the world. From iconic cities to hidden gems, we help couples plan, travel, and capture their love stories seamlessly. In 2026, we’re expanding into new markets (US & Philippines), launching luxury and exotic packages, and pushing for stronger digital growth.
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who wants to grow with us, take ownership of big campaigns, and leave a mark in the wedding and travel space.
What You’ll Work On
1. Market Development & Campaigns
- Drive marketing initiatives for new markets (US, Philippines), including influencer outreach, localized campaigns, and partnerships.
- Plan and execute market entry strategies to generate leads and brand awareness.
2. Product Launch Marketing
Support go-to-market campaigns for new product lines (luxury packages, exotic shoots).Work with product and partnerships team to create launch assets and content.3. Digital & Performance Marketing
Manage campaigns with SEM / SEO agencies, monitor results, and optimize ROI.Execute social media campaigns (organic + paid) across IG, TikTok, FB.Develop promo code strategies and experiential campaigns to boost online bookings.4. Content & Influencer Marketing
Plan and manage styled shoots with influencers and creators.Work with photographers, vendors, and internal creatives to produce content aligned with brand storytelling.Create engaging content calendars showcasing destinations, couple experiences, and new offerings.5. Cross-team Collaboration
Work closely with Operations team to sync marketing campaigns with destination readiness and service delivery.Partner with Business Development to support bridal boutique and travel agency collaborations.What You’ll Gain

2–4 years of marketing experience (lifestyle, travel, or wedding industry is a bonus).Strong digital marketing background (social, SEM / SEO, influencer marketing).Creative yet data-driven — you can brainstorm content but also optimize for performance.Excited by weddings, travel, and building emotional campaigns.Independent, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-moving team.Tell employers what skills you have
