Job descriptionReconcile invoices, identify discrepancies, and maintain financial records using ERP systems Prepare customer invoices and process vendor payments Assist in month-end closing tasks such as journal entries and ledger reconciliations Organize and maintain financial documentation for audit and statutory compliance Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc financial analysis and operational reporting 1–2 years of relevant finance / accounting experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP / accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) a plus High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Effective communication, proactive, and team-oriented Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Hands-on exposure to finance operations in air cargo and logistics Structured on-the-job training and career development Experience with regional operations and ERP systems Opportunity to build a career in finance and logistics

- Location : Changi, Singapore
- Salary : S$2,400 – S$2,800 / month + AWS & performance-based incentives
- Employment : Full-Time, Permanent
- Working Hours : Monday – Thursday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM; Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
