Roles & Responsibilities
Location : Raffles Place (Near MRT)
Working hours : 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) / Hybrid
Salary Range : $2,500 – $3,500 / month (depends on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Issue invoices, process customer refunds, and manage sales credit top-ups
- Prepare payment vouchers and handle staff expense claims
- Liaise with external accountant for financial reporting
- Input financial data into accounting systems
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare account schedules
- Generate monthly payslips and assist with payroll processing
- Manage monthly account closing including trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet
- Maintain organized filing of office documents
- Oversee general office expenses including supplies, equipment, tenancy, and utilities
- Support ad-hoc administrative and finance tasks as assigned
