Job Responsibilities :

• Machine Operation : Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision biomedical components according to technical specifications and quality standards.
• Monitoring Performance : Continuously monitor machine performance during production runs, making adjustments to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
• Quality Inspection : Conduct quality inspections of machined parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaboration with Setters and Programmers : Work closely with CNC setters and programmers to understand setup requirements and report any operational issues.
• Routine Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure reliability and reduce downtime.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of production runs, quality checks, and any issues encountered during operation.

Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing environment to ensure a safe workplace.
