Job descriptionDiploma in Estate Management, Building, or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to work independently and in teams, manage deadlines, and adapt in fast-paced environments Good communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage Support leasing administrative tasks and ensure lease documentation is accurate Prepare and monitor lease documents such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy, and License Agreements Maintain and update the lease database, ensuring timely and correct data entry Liaise with tenants, lawyers, and stakeholders on tenancy agreements, pre-termination, novation, and compliance Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents using standard real estate practices Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
