Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Handle live stations and bulk orders when required.
- Handle daily operations activities (hands-on) such as Cashiering, Kitchen duties, and Tea making
- Involve in closing of shop (only applicable for night shift staff)
- Attend to walk-in customers promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas
- Assist in stock taking / recording
- Answer incoming calls and handle delivery orders
Requirements :
Willing to travel to different locations to assist in live stations and bulk ordersNo experience required as on-the-job training will be providedPleasant disposition and well-groomedCooperative and helpful with other team membersExcellent and positive service attitudeAble to work shifts, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6 days per week, on rotating shiftsIndependent and able to multi-taskAble to commence work in short notice will be an added advantageOther duties as assigned by superiorBenefits :
