Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the department in curriculum planning and lesson standards to enhance teaching quality.
- Organize academic meetings and guide differentiated instruction.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate teachers, fostering a positive and collaborative team.
- Track student performance, propose improvements, and maintain communication with parents.
- Assist in EduTrust compliance documentation and academic performance reporting.
- Manage departmental budget (teaching materials, resources, training).
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in leadership / academic coordination.
- Familiar with international curricula (AEIS, O-Level, A-Level).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese; capable of intercultural communication.
