Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and align on project requirements
• Oversee and monitor assigned projects to ensure progress aligns with the schedule, proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions as needed
• Prepare project documentation for submission to client or consultant, including but not limited to project schedules, method statements, risk assessments, and other relevant documents related to M&E and data center works, in collaboration with the project team
• Monitor subcontractors’ performance and work quality, and regularly report project progress to the immediate supervisor
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and clients on all project related matters
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and approved drawings
• Identify and resolve technical, project and coordination issues on site, and recommend corrective actions for any non-conformances
• Carry out tasks assigned by senior and immediate supervisor, and proactively adjust work schedules to meet project timelines when necessary
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to the approved project list, progress reports, and testing reports
• Prepare project closure documents and ensure proper handover upon project completion
