Responsibilities :

• Manage the Operation Service Support (OSS) team and all SSG IT Infrastructure activities (global & local).
• Collaborate with other Sections, Departments, and Siltronic Site Managers to meet company objectives.
• Guide and supervise team members, establishing necessary training programs.
• Assist Head of Department in managing and controlling IT Infrastructure budgets.
• Ensure all systems under responsibility are technically and economically maintained in optimal condition.
• Set local IT Infrastructure priorities in alignment with business needs and global objectives.
• Formulate local IT Infrastructure strategies with Global Service Managers and execute defined global strategies.
• Act as part of the IT-International organization, ensuring effective communication with other sites.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
