Responsibilities

• Lead the Operation Service Support (OSS) team and oversee all global and local IT infrastructure activities.
• Collaborate with departments, sections, and site managers to achieve company objectives.
• Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring appropriate training and development .
• Support the Head of Department in managing and controlling IT infrastructure budgets .
• Ensure systems are reliable, well-maintained, and cost-effective .
• Define and prioritize local IT infrastructure initiatives aligned with business and global goals.
• Partner with Global Service Managers to implement global IT strategies.
• Maintain effective communication within the IT-International organization .
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
