Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Responsible for creating manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials till finished parts shipment.
• In Charge of developing new processes solid modeling and create / update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Responsible for creating CNC code / program for machining as well as designing toolings, fixtures and gauges.
• In charge of creating special processes such as Heat Treatment, Brazing, EDM, Shotpeening and Welding etc.
• Responsible for conducting pre-production pilot run and training for associates.
• Provide technical support to Production to achieve technical and quality requirements.
• Responsible in liaising with OEM on product requirements, process qualifications and technology development.
• Support continuous improvement projects and Request for Quote (RFQ) proposal development and process
