Job descriptionProven ability to manage quotations, invoicing, and delivery coordination Familiarity with semiconductor / electronic parts and basic supply chain logistics Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP system experience Comfortable handling multiple cases and adapting to sudden changes
Roles & Responsibilities
Location : Raffles Place
Industry : Semiconductor / Electronic Components
Salary : $2,500 – $3,000 / month + $100 monthly allowance
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process sales orders, quotations, delivery orders (DO), and invoices
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve issues
- Track order status and ensure timely, accurate delivery
- Maintain records and documentation using ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Support internal teams with sales-related administrative tasks
