Roles & Responsibilities

Location : West Area
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am – 5 : 30pm
Bonus : 13th Month AWS + Performance Bonus

Our client is a well-established and reputable organization specializing in the distribution of high-quality engineering components and systems serving diverse industrial sectors. They are known for their technical expertise, commitment to excellence, and strong partnerships with global brands.

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.

Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Process and monitor customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Accounts, and Technical departments for order fulfilment and issue resolution.

Prepare and manage shipping, delivery, and customs documents, and liaise with freight forwarders and shipping agents.

Negotiate freight rates with appointed forwarders to achieve cost efficiency.

Verify purchase orders, invoices, and order confirmations for accuracy.

Maintain proper filing of correspondence, records, and sales-related documentation.

Assist with preparation of sales reports, meeting materials, and tracking of sales performance.

Handle special or back-order requests and update customers accordingly.

Support continuous improvement of order handling and logistics coordination processes.

Requirements

GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, order processing, or logistics support.

Strong communication and coordination skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
