What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach a team of telesales executives to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs
- Recruit, train, and ramp new hires quickly and effectively
- Monitor performance using dashboards, talk-minutes, conversion data, and daily call targets
- Build a strong team culture that balances high performance with zero politics
- Partner with our marketing and admissions team to give feedback on lead quality and funnel efficiency
- Handle both B2C and B2B sales conversations as needed — especially for large volume enrolments
- Report directly to the CEO with full accountability for your team’s revenue
What We’re Looking For
