Handle procurement activities including sourcing,
tendering, and contract drafting
Prepare
purchase orders, tender documents, and recommendation
reports
Support office administration
(supplies, onboarding items, meeting notes)
Coordinate with facilities and IT vendors to ensure
smooth operations
Assist in process
improvements and team
projects
Requirements
3+ years of
relevant experience, especially in procurement and contract
management
Strong writing skills for formal
reports and documentation
Familiar with tender processes and vendor
coordination
Able to work
independently and meet
deadlines
