PROJECT COORDINATOR

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and team members
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and update timelines
• Help monitor budgets and process invoices and purchase orders
• Schedule and prepare for site meetings, inspections, and deliveries
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements
• Communicate updates and issues to project managers and stakeholders
• Visit job sites as needed to support project execution and gather information
• Support problem-solving to keep the project on track and within budget
