In staffing and deployment at PwC, your work will focus on managing and optimising the deployment of employees within the organisation, getting the right talent to the right place at the right time.
What will your typical day look like?
Proactively work with the business to manage demand, supply and capability : allocating staff on engagements, identifying the most suitable person (skills and career aspirations) for the engagements as well as focusing on client service delivery.
The Consultant will work closely with the Resource Management Team to successfully deliver the required support to various stakeholders. The Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions related to scheduling staff on engagements, preparing reports for the business unit and other tasks as following :
