Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Supporting the end-to-end implementation of technical solutions and deliver high-quality post-deployment services to enterprise and SME clients.
- Ensures that systems are deployed correctly, technical documentation is complete, and customer success is achieved through timely support, issue resolution, and proactive service management
- Execute technical implementation tasks
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Deliver post-deployment support
- Conduct proactive maintenance and health checks
- Support client training and handover
- Collaborate on cross-functional service excellence
Requirements :
Min Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information TechnologyTechnical certifications in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity are a plusMin 1–2 years in technical implementation or support roles preferredExperience in enterprise IT environments or managed services is beneficialGood understanding of network monitoring tools and basic cybersecurity conceptsAble to independently install, test, and troubleshoot hardware / software systemsBasic command of ticketing tools and SLAsCompetent in technical documentation and client communicationResponsible and service-orientedLogical problem-solverTeam player who communicates openly and follows through on tasksKindly email your Resume in MS Words Format to Mr Lex Ong Shee Hean (R1106602) : lex@strategysolutions.com.sg
