Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer - D01 Cecil, Marina, People’s Park, Raffles Place, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud) in a large-scale production environment.
• Deep understanding of contact center architecture and operations, including Omnichannel Routing, WEM, and Telephony (SIP, RTP, VoIP).
• Strong experience with Genesys Cloud APIs, data actions, and custom integrations.
• Proficiency in JSON, JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages for automation and custom logic.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Strong project leadership, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
