Role

Your Role As Legal Counsel, you will play a central role in our legal operations, leading efforts across commercial agreements, fundraising legalities, and regulatory interactions throughout Southeast Asia. This position calls for a proactive legal professional who thrives in dynamic settings and is skilled at managing both external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Agreements : Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership contracts, and customer terms.
• Fundraising Legal Support : Oversee legal due diligence, manage investor agreements, and ensure compliance with applicable securities laws during fundraising initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance : Interact with financial regulators across Southeast Asia to ensure full compliance with regional laws and regulations.
• External Counsel Management : Coordinate with external legal advisors to provide efficient and jurisdiction-specific legal support.
• Internal Legal Framework : Design and implement internal policies, compliance protocols, and risk management strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Offer legal guidance to teams such as product, operations, and business development to ensure legal alignment with business goals.
