Responsibilities

• Provide legally sound and business‑oriented assistance to internal clients in relation to all aspects of the physical trading of commodities.
• Offer day‑to‑day legal support to the business operations, including drafting bespoke charterparty clauses, handling payment disputes, and supporting trade and business development activities.
• Structure, draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements such as offtake, tolling, and chartering arrangements in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage arbitration and litigation in a wide variety of jurisdictions, including management of external counsel.
