Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience. Able to read construction / shop drawings and understand detailing. Ability to understand ISO 9001 clauses and audit procedures. Has prior experience with managing HDB Projects.
Job Description :
- Monitor and supervise the site engineers, site supervisors & foremen to ensure that site activities comply with specified requirements and safety regulations.
- Review and prepare detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.
- Control and manage resources, including site progress, manpower mobilisation and equipment deployment.
- Carry out works on site in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Plan the construction schedule and coordinate various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly.
- Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by subcontractors.
- Manage and resolve technical issues.
