Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Support implementation and ongoing management of SAP SuccessFactors across the South Asia region.
• Drive deployment, optimization, and maintenance of HR systems to support HR operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, streamline workflows, and improve data accuracy.
• Track and report on module adoption, user engagement, and HR process completion.
• Monitor system performance, implement enhancements, and improve user experience.
• Ensure timely resolution of system issues and maintain high user satisfaction.
• Evaluate and support user training programs for effective onboarding and competency development.
