System Analyst - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage obsolescence / security-related projects and assessments across GMET division
• Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams and other stakeholders (including vendors) when necessary
• Monitor and track remediation efforts / budgets for obsolescence, vulnerabilities, and other security-related projects
• Prepare and present regular status updates, dashboards and reports to management
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to maximize value and minimize risk
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align vendor capabilities with business needs

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to vendor management processes

Education :

Essential :

Proactive and Team player. Can actively track deliverables, follow up with teammates proactively and collaborate with colleagues when needed.
