Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise & Coordinate project’s day to day activities including installation and coordination with M&E consultants, M&E Electrical and instrumentation main contractors and subcontractors.
- Follow up project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems on time to ensure the project progress ontime.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Guide drafter to prepare installation plan drawings, detail drawing for mechanical part like piping layout, piping isometric drawing, pipe supports, process and mechanical plan drawings.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Check, confirm all safety document and issue work permit to contractors in collaboration with site safety officer- work permit requirement will be trained by ALSg.
- Assist project manager or procurement incharge in preparation of tender documentation, procurement specification and Bill of quantity.
- Attend the weekly and monthly project meeting to update the status and activity of the project.
- Prepares weekly or monthly project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
