Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all on-site construction activities.
- Manage project schedules, manpower allocation, materials, and equipment.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Prepare and submit site progress reports and documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational site issues promptly.
- Enforce safety measures and lead by example in maintaining a safe work environment.
Requirements :
Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction site management.Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project coordination.Renovation and water proofing and painting experience must.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.Must possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.Tell employers what skills you have
