Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope

• Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction and architectural activities, ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Manage and supervise a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and technicians
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks, implement effective problem-solving strategies, and make critical decisions to keep projects on track
• Develop and implement site-specific health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and cost analyses
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction and architectural processes and practices
