Job descriptionLead post-sale implementation, configuration, and integration of IT monitoring software solutions. Work closely with customers to understand their infrastructure (servers, networks, applications, cloud environments, etc.) and tailor deployments accordingly. Assist in onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer to customer technical teams. Develop and document best practices, integration guides, and monitoring templates. Manage customer expectations through clear communication and proactive follow-up. Identify product enhancement opportunities and relay feedback to internal teams With 3 - 5 years of experience working in technical post-sales, implementation, or systems engineering role. Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and infrastructure monitoring. Understanding of Java / J2EE technologies and web applications is a plus. Exposure to any scripting technology (batch / unix shell / powershell) is a plus Exposure to Cloud architecture, Containers, DevOps is a plus Exposure to Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization technologies is a plus. Prior experience with enterprise monitoring tools is a plus.
